Reality Sinks In!

 Dear Jed,

Just wanted to write to wish you the best with your ministry.  My uncle first saw you when he was a student back in the 80s and often commented that your good humor was often what made him stop to listen to your message. We're Roman Catholic (of the Irish variety) to the core and though in one sense my uncle Pete has always lived a good life he said that stopping to hear you preach did his faith much good.

I saw a video of you on YouTube.com a while ago and always wanted to contact you to say I think you do a swell job. Your message is the Lord's message and you know how to engage students. Truth is, if there wasn't some degree of humor and fun to your preaching none of them would pay the slightest bit of attention.  It is when they return to their dorms later in the day that perhaps the reality of your message sinks in…
