During this vision in the night, I saw what looked like a human being. He was approaching me, surrounded by clouds, and he went to the one who had been living forever and was presented to him.

Jesus went to the territory near the town of Caesarea Philippi, where he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?"

"When the Son of Man comes as King and all the angels with him, he will sit on his royal throne,

Jesus answered him, "So you say. But I tell all of you: from this time on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right side of the Almighty and coming on the clouds of heaven!"

And no one has ever gone up to heaven except the Son of Man, who came down from heaven."

And he has given the Son the right to judge, because he is the Son of Man.

and among them there was what looked like a human being, wearing a robe that reached to his feet, and a gold band around his chest.

After a life of suffering, he will again have joy; he will know that he did not suffer in vain. My devoted servant, with whom I am pleased, will bear the punishment of many and for his sake I will forgive them.

I will prove to you, then, that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins." So he said to the paralyzed man, "Get up, pick up your bed, and go home!"

Jesus drew near and said to them, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth.

Jesus said to him, "Get up, pick up your mat, and walk."

They asked him, "Who is the man who told you to do this?"

Nor does the Father himself judge anyone. He has given his Son the full right to judge,

so that all will honor the Son in the same way as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.

For you gave him authority over all people, so that he might give eternal life to all those you gave him.

Then he breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit.

If you forgive people's sins, they are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven."

God raised him to his right side as Leader and Savior, to give the people of Israel the opportunity to repent and have their sins forgiven.

Jesus reached out and touched him. "I do want to," he answered. "Be clean!" At once the disease left the man.

Then he walked over and touched the coffin, and the men carrying it stopped. Jesus said, "Young man! Get up, I tell you!"

But Jesus took her by the hand and called out, "Get up, child!"

After he had said this, he called out in a loud voice, "Lazarus, come out!"

But Peter said to him, "I have no money at all, but I give you what I have: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I order you to get up and walk!"

he jumped up, stood on his feet, and started walking around. Then he went into the Temple with them, walking and jumping and praising God.

"Aeneas," Peter said to him, "Jesus Christ makes you well. Get up and make your bed." At once Aeneas got up.

Peter put them all out of the room, and knelt down and prayed; then he turned to the body and said, "Tabitha, get up!" She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

and said in a loud voice, "Stand up straight on your feet!" The man jumped up and started walking around.

Jesus said to him, "Get up, pick up your mat, and walk."

so the Jewish authorities told the man who had been healed, "This is a Sabbath, and it is against our Law for you to carry your mat."

They asked him, "Who is the man who told you to do this?"
