He will answer from heaven and save me; he will defeat my oppressors. God will show me his constant love and faithfulness.

Reach down from above, pull me out of the deep water, and rescue me; save me from the power of foreigners,

You saved me from a rebellious people and made me ruler over the nations; people I did not know have now become my subjects.
