This is what I gave them: silver - 25 tons; 100 silver utensils - 150 pounds; gold - 7,500 pounds; 20 gold bowls - 270 ounces; fine bronze bowls, equal in value to gold bowls

So the priests and the Levites took charge of the silver, the gold, and the utensils, to take them to the Temple in Jerusalem.

He gave instructions as to how much silver and gold was to be used for making the utensils,

for the silver tables, and for each gold table on which were placed the loaves of bread offered to God.

and how much pure gold in making the altar on which incense was burned and in making the chariot for the winged creatures that spread their wings over the LORD's Covenant Box.

We are being careful not to stir up any complaints about the way we handle this generous gift.

Our purpose is to do what is right, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of others.

Then they rose and stood in their places, and the following Levites explained the Law to them: Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah.

Levites: Jeshua son of Azaniah, Binnui of the clan of Henadad, Kadmiel, Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan, Mica, Rehob, Hashabiah, Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah, Hodiah, Bani, and Beninu.
