In Acts 17:6-34 we have a clear cut example of Paul's confrontational evangelism . In Acts 18:1-3 we have a case of the opposite. Paul spotted fellow tentmakers and befreinded them . is it too much a stretch of the imagination to assume that with their commen trade that Paul set up shop and shared the good news of Jesus with them ? and then in verse 4 the Bible tells us that he started started by simply ''reasoning'' and trying to ''persuade'' the non believers in the area. So , Paul confronts Athens head on , but sneaks up on Corinth . He shocked Athens , but took Corinth by stealth.it just goes to show you that there is more than one way to skin a cat . Behold , the variety of Apostolic evangelism . We can do the same . DISCUSS.
