It will not be like the old covenant that I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand and led them out of Egypt. Although I was like a husband to them, they did not keep that covenant.

Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. After spitting on the man's eyes, Jesus placed his hands on him and asked him, "Can you see anything?"

But Jesus took the boy by the hand and helped him rise, and he stood up.

The emperor asked, "What is it that you want?" I prayed to the God of Heaven,

"What is it, Queen Esther?" the king asked. "Tell me what you want, and you shall have it---even if it is half my empire."

for a second time. Over the wine the king asked her again, "Now, Queen Esther, what do you want? Tell me and you shall have it. I'll even give you half the empire."

He then said to Queen Esther, "In Susa alone the Jews have killed five hundred people, including Haman's ten sons. What must they have done out in the provinces! What do you want now? You shall have it. Tell me what else you want, and you shall have it."

"What do you want me to do for you?" Jesus asked him. "Teacher," the blind man answered, "I want to see again."
