If you answer a silly question, you are just as silly as the person who asked it.

Give a silly answer to a silly question, and the one who asked it will realize that he's not as smart as he thinks.

When he was insulted, he did not answer back with an insult; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but placed his hopes in God, the righteous Judge.

And he who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, because I always do what pleases him."

But Jesus answered him, "Let it be so for now. For in this way we shall do all that God requires." So John agreed.

Then a voice said from heaven, "This is my own dear Son, with whom I am pleased."

He always had the nature of God, but he did not think that by force he should try to remain equal with God.

He was humble and walked the path of obedience all the way to death--- his death on the cross.

And so, in honor of the name of Jesus all beings in heaven, on earth, and in the world below will fall on their knees,
