So the man named all the birds and all the animals; but not one of them was a suitable companion to help him.

But she was dying, and as she breathed her last, she named her son Benoni, but his father named him Benjamin.

So it was that she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, and explained, "I asked the LORD for him."
